TPS22811: Resistor from Vin to EN: why >350 kOhm?

Part Number: TPS22811

Tool/software:

The datasheet says it will EN > ~1.2V while IN is > 2.4V, and that EN should be kept below ~5V. This is clear enough.

However on page 4 it says : "For supply voltages below 5 V, it is okay to pull up the EN pin to IN directly. For supply voltages greater than 5 V , TI recommends to use a resistor divider with minimum pullup resistor value of 350 kΩ"

What is the nature of this recommendation? Why would I need to use such a large resistor?
