Hello Michael,

TPS650861 uses 128-byte OTP banks, but only a certain amount of these registers are user-programmable.

Only about 46 of these registers are accessible to the user.

thanks. how about Volatile Memory like SRAM, SDRAM, etc what power down will sanitize it?

Hi Michael,

Are you asking about the non-OTP registers?
As with any volatile memory, these will be cleared upon any power down.

Power-down event occurs when VSYS is below 5.6 V.

There are 33 non-otp registers. Only 20 of these are user-accessible.
