The LM70880 datasheet does not include an ambient operating temperature specification, unlike the LM70880-Q1.

Please tell us the ambient operating temperature specification of LM70880, not LM70880-Q1.

Hi JH,

Usually, the IC is governed by the junction temperature not ambient temperature.

Are there any differences in IC material or design between the LM70880 and LM70880-Q1, other than Q100 certification?

Hi JH<

No difference between a -Q1 device and a non -Q1 device. The difference is the Q100 certification.
