I am aware of the switch application is for the USB but I am using it to deliver the power so can i go with it or will there be any issue.
Yeah i know that the EN pins are active high

I see we had a similar discussion last month here.
As mentioned then, while the TPS2052B is capable of handling 500mA, it is a power switch for USB applications, so we cannot guarantee that it will meet all HDMI standards.
And if the OC pin is not used, it is recommended to simply ground this pin.
