I`ve faced the same noise issue as described here:

I have a 470uF polymer capacitor on VSYS, and it fixes the issue. 

In datasheet for BQ25672 I couldn`t find a limitation for VSYS capacitor (like for BQ24296), so the questions: is this ok to use a large capacitor on VSYS to fix the noise issue? Is it allowed at all?
