BQ4050: 'File access denied' error occurs in BQstudio

Hi.

im using BQstudio for bq4050 test.

but, 'File access denied' error occurs when saving a gg.csv file(Data Memory).
This message occurs in red at the bottom left of the tool.
And gg.csv file is not stored anywhere on PC.

also.. when I press 'Start log' on the Register tab, only text file is created and not actually saved(0kb).

I can't attach captures, so I just explain it in writing. I'd appreciate your help.

Hello,

What version of BQStudio are you using? I recommend updating to the latest test version of BQStudio available on ti.com.

Hello. Thank you for your answer.

I downloaded the version of BQstudio 1.3.127.3 (BQSTUDIO-TEST) on the TI homepage.

and, the same problem occurred when I proceeded with BQstudio 1.3.101.1 (BQSTUDIO-STABLE) before.
