DCP010515DBP incorrect output

Hi,

I used a DCP010515DBP with Cin=2 uF ceramic and Cout=1uF ceramic to supply two components, one is LA 25-NP that is a current transducer with +/-15 Vs and the other one is AD202JN that is an isolation amplifier with +15 Vs. I want to use these sensors to sense the input voltage and current of a single-stage AC-DC PFC with 85-265 Vrms input and 48 Vdc output. I tried ti check the supply output before I start the converter but The problem is that the output of the dc/dc converter is +/- 30 volts and even when I removed the sensors from the board I still get the same voltages. I cannot figure out what is the problem. Can you please help me with that?

  • The DCP01 series is not designed to  be used with AC-DC PFC with 85-265 Vrms input and 48 Vdc output on either the input  or output buses of this converter.

The DCP010515DBP no load Vout with < 2mA  can have the +/-15V as high as+/-30V on each bus. The converters are unregulated and have no regulated control voltages
