TPS62120: Alternative for TPS62120 Buck Converter

Hi,

I am currently using the TPS62120 buck converter in my project. The output of the converter is set to 3.3V. According to the datasheet, the operating temperature range of the TPS62120 is -40°C to 85°C. However, I need to operate the system in an ambient temperature above 105°C, so I am looking for an alternative IC to replace the TPS62120.

Requirements for the alternative:

  1. Same package and pinout
  2. Same input voltage range
  3. Same output voltage range
  4. Same internal reference voltage (Vref = 0.8V used for feedback calculation)
  5. Same UVLO threshold

The key issue is that I do not want to replace the external components used for setting the UVLO threshold and the output voltage.
