I cannot help with this as much as PD controller are outside my scope of expertise. Once we have configured the TUSB1046 correctly , I can reassign to the PD team for more support.

I am planning to use GPIO mode only for DP alt mode. My goal is to  connect a touch screen display like RIITEK 15.6 Inch Portable Monitor 1920 X 1080 Fhd Ips Ultra Slim Display Screen With Type-C, Mini, Hdmi Port For Laptop, Pc, Mac, Xbox, Ps4; Includes Smart Cover & Screen Protector, Black : Amazon.in: Computers & Accessories  and to provide Power delivery also to this touch screen display monitor.

1. Sorry not flash code of TUSB1046, it is default flash image file of TPS65987DDH which is there in the TUSB1046EVM rev F for backup as want to run some other iterations on this EVM with another flash image files.

2. additional requirement is how to configure PDOs for TPS65987DDH on GUI for selected Pinouts of TPS65987DDH to configure for 5V/3A and 9V/3A only.???

3. to evaluate my custom/client board as in attached schematics  i have to configure my PD TPS65987DDH with Online TI tool  as per my schematic can i have steps to configure ???

1. to work in DP alt mode (4 DP line, with flip or without or 2 lane DP+1 USB3 etc..) with GPIO mode

2. to Provide POWER delivery of 5V@3A initially and to switch 9V/3A based on negositation with sink device touch screen monitor.

3. to work touch screen feedback with USB interface.

on last question can i create image file on tool without connecting the target device with FTDI converter for make it ready for load ??

2. I do not have aardvark programmer / adapter from total phase , I do have cheetah adaptor from total phase is there any way to use this to connect with GUI to TPS65987's Flash IC. to programme it??
