TPS2553-1: Fabrication process

I’m currently qualifying the TPS2553DBVT-1 as part of a preliminary risk assessment and I’m looking for information regarding its fabrication process.

I couldn’t find any PCN related to this part, and the available documentation only mentions a generic process. Based on the type of device, I assume it could be fabricated using one of the LBCx (e.g., LBC7, LBC8, or LBC9) processes—but I’d like to confirm this.

Could you please provide details about the specific fabrication process used for TPS2553DBVT-1?
