UCD9090, (1) supports MON-1 to MON-11 but “Fusion Digital Power Designer GUI” only supports 10 inputs. (2) pin out do not match of data sheets page 23 & 6

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCD9090

1.)  “Fusion Digital Power Designer GUI” interface does not allow  an 11th  pin to be added ( only 10 pins can be monitored).   The chip itself supports  11 inputs.  Customer wants ability to monitor all  11 inputs MON-1 to MON-11.

2.) Page 23 of data sheet, Table 4 " GPIO pin configuration Options"   does not match  pin assignment  on page 6 "Device information".

  • 1. For UCD9090, you can only define 10 voltage rails or 10 monitors used for voltage. The 11th can be used along with one of the 10 voltage rails as a temperature or current monitor (with appropriate scaling).

    2. You are correct and thanks for the catch. It seems that all GPIO pin #'s in Table 4 are +1 from the correct value. I will submit this for correction.
