we are testing our switching rectifier in climatic chamber. UC2825 is generator of PWM to the mosfet H bridge. Rectifier is switche on but without any load. We rise up temperature of the chamber at 70° and we noted that the rectifier swiitches off at such temperature. We decrease the temperature a few degrees and then the rectifier restart again without damage. Question: Are there any temperature protection inside of the UC2825 ??
