Hello. My name is Bob C. I had originally designed in your TPIC6B595 into our products in the mid-90's. I know this IC went through a design change by TI in 2022 and we are now seeing the effects on our products. They no longer work. They would work if had inverted the RCK signal, but this design change is costly to our large customer base. Did this same modification also happen with the TPIC6B596?
We are hoping to navigate through this change without redesigning multiple PCBs. I would like to test the TPIC6B596DWR chip from recent production (after the change). Could i possibly get about 10 samples to test this option?
