Hi Kevin,

You can consider the junction temperature range to be the same as the ambient temperature range. However, any device heating will eat into the acceptable ambient range. For example, if the device was used to source a very small amount of current, the device could theoretically be used at an ambient temperature near 125C, but with more power dissipation the ambient temperature would need to be lower to keep the junction temperature under 125C.
