Please tell me "Short Circuit Fast Trip Threshold" of TPS2559.
I would like to know the current value at which the IC detects a short circuit and stops output.

Katsuhiro,

The current is defined as 120% of IOS which is set by the RILIM resistor

Hi Chunk-san,

Thank you for your reply.
Does it mean that TPS2559 turns off VOUT when 120% x IOS
continues more than 3.5us since the current load reach IOS?

Katsuhiro-san,

The 3.5uS is the typical value is is not datasheet guaranteed. It will vary with temperature, voltage and part to part, but that is the target setting.
