TPS62914: Effective and Nominal output capacitance

Part Number: TPS62914

Tool/software:

The datasheet "TPS62914" lists Effective capacitance as below.

----

COUT : Effective output capacitance : MIN 80µF / NOM 120µF  / MAX 200 µF

----

This capacitors are ceramic type, so the capacitance will decrease when a DC bias is applied.

Assuming its capacitance value is reduced by 50%, can we connect 240uF capacitors?

 Nominal Value: 240uF

Actual Value (DC biased) : 120uF

Where, Nominal Value 240uF exceed the "Effective Capacitance MAX 200uF".

Is this situation allowed?
