TPS2H000-Q1: External current limit of 5mA and 40mA

Part Number: TPS2H000-Q1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS1H100-Q1

Tool/software:

Hi Team

In simulations, both TPS1H100-Q1 and TPS2H000-Q1 ICs are showing expected output currents of 5 mA and 40 mA. However, during practical testing, the TPS1H100-Q1 does not achieve the 5 mA of output current.

can I expect the TPS2H000-Q1 to achieve the expected output current in practical testing?

For , Suppose both ICs are not possible means, please suggest a alternative part number.

These simulations are done in TINA

The simulation results are

  • Hi Lokesh,

The following two devices cannot support 5/40 mA current limits.

    TPS2H000-Q1:

    TPS1H100-Q1:

50 mA current limit is the smallest our high side switches can support using the TPS1H000/2H000-Q1.

    Thanks,
