TPS2660: ESD grounding test fail

Tool/software:

We find the TPS2660 will damage when we do the ESD grounding test. The damage will cause the short between RTN-pin and GND-pin. May I know you have idea to prevent this problem?

Test on which pin causing this failure?

Is it RTN pin? I will check the ESD connection on this pin. All other pins have ESD diodes to GND.

I will get back on this tomorrow.

ESD for each pin are to sustain human-body model.

Can you tell me which tests you are doing and what's the voltage level?
