TPS3110: WDI Input Transition Rate and MR Pin

Part Number: TPS3110

Tool/software:

I have a question regarding the Recommended Operating Conditions for the WDI input on the TPS3110.

In the datasheet, it mentions that the WDI input transition rate should be 100ns/V max “at MR’”:

Could you please clarify what “at MR’” refers to in this context?
Does it mean that the 100ns/V max applies when MR' is held low?

Additionally, the datasheet recommends a 100nF capacitor on the MR pin:

Based on this, I calculated the required current to meet the 100ns/V condition:

i = (dV/dt) × C = (1V / 100ns) × 100nF = 1A

Assuming this calculation is correct, it implies I would need a 1A driver connected to the MR pin — which seems quite unreasonable.

Could you please advise?
