When there is short at Output, What will be the impact?

As it is a pass MOSFET, will VIN also be on Short?

Hello Vidhya,

Since this device doesn't have short circuit protection, it may damage because of high current flow.

Yes, VIN will be short too if that happens.

You can choose eFuse devices which has SCP.
