UCC25661: GAN application with the IC

Tool/software:

I would like to use this IC to design HB LLC with GAN ,the Fsw should be 200kHz~300kHz.

The power supply is for audio amplifier , input range: 200Vdc~ 380Vdc , 320Vdc nominal and output +/-63V, max 1000W

Please check if UCC25661 can driver GAN directly. If not , please proivde your advise.

    Hi John,

    Yes we are a few reference designs in the works showing the UCC25661 with TI GaN. 

    The first that might get published is a 240W adapter focused design with our LMG3614. For this power level, you might want to look at the LMG3650.

     Hi JCHK,

    Can you describe your reference design about  UCC25661 to driver TI GAN ?

    I refer to LMG3650 typical Half-Bridge Application With Bootstrap in the datasheet .

    If I modify the driver circuit to connect UCC25661 directly as attached picture , do you think it is workable?
