For switching less than 300uA load, we are using TPS1H000AQDGNRQ1 high side switch, now only I notice that there is a leakage I(ol,on) in mA range. So, what I understand is TPS1H000 will be considering the uA current as open load. Without load and with 200uA load, we are getting full scale reading for INA238 current measurement (510ohm current sense resistor of INA238, when measure the voltage, it is 1.3V).
Do you have any suggested high side switch to use in the uA current range?
