TPS1685: Issues with Ultralibrarian content and question about reverse current

Hi E-Fuse Team,

I have a customer evaluating the TPS1685 for a new design and we ran into some issues while exporting the footprint and 3D model. The footprint seems to be wrong as it does not match the datasheet and there is no 3D model. Can you please help to share the correct footprint file and a 3D model for Altium?

In addition, how does the e-fuse handle regenerative load? Meaning there might be reverse current flow from the load. How would the e-fuse respond to such event?

Hi Matt,

I will share altium model asap.

Device will not limit current in reverse direction. As long as fet is on reverse current can flow through it. Only concern is when fet is off and reverse current goes through body diode.
