BQ79616: BQ79616 not able to communicate using UART

Tool/software:

Hi, 

We got the bms chip soldered on our custom PCB, however , we are not able to communicate using UART with the chip using STM32F105.

 

We have made sure hardwares side are good, or do we missed anything ?

 

We are able to wake up the BQ79616 ic using STM32F105VCT6  (using UART),

 

However, we couldn't receive UART message from BQ79616

    Hello,

    Taking a look at the hardware setup, it seems that this can be caused by numerous issues. Have the correct commands been sent based on the BQ79616 bring procedure? Do you have logic analyzer files reviewing the commands being sent by the STM device? Can you please check the voltages on the power pins and compare them to the datasheet spec? (LDOIN, AVDD, BAT, REF_CAP, DVDD, TSREF, etc).
