TPS65131: TPS65131TRGERQ1 input short circuits and no output

What is the behavior of the input short circuit? Did you see large input current?

1. The input current is 100-200mA, and the ripple is very small. The input voltage is 4.4V. Positive and negative voltage outputs
2. Damaged 4PCS, 3PCS is SUB without waveform, 1PCS is smoking and burned out

Did you add any capacitor for the 5V input? And for the capacitor C89, please follow the equation on datasheet to choose the capacitance.

The other parts of the schematic look good, may I also have a look at your layout? Thanks
