I see no concerns on the schematic and the layout, only one suggestion: it's better to make the total Cout capacitance bigger, such as two or three 22μF MLCC caps.

Hello Lei,

We are using 100uF X5R MLCC capacitor single qty which was also recommended when we were simulating TPS61232DRCR in the webench designer, so if we keep 100uF as it is and not replace it with 2-3 22uF will it affect our design what can be the possible issues we can face?

A 100μF MLCC cap is OK. 

Because the attached schematic is not clear, I thought the Cout is a 10μF cap, that's why I suggested bigger output capacitance.

I have attached the updated schematic image which will be visible to you properly. Let me know if there is any changes needed in the boost converter circuit other than the output capacitor which we have already discussed.
