EV2400: Can I get latest driver of EV2400 for Windows 11?

Dear TI experts,

My customer has a problem connecting EV2400 to his laptop.

Laptop show the message "No free adapters are available for use on this system." if EV2400 connects to the laptop.

So can I get latest driver of EV2400 for Windows 11?

or it is great to guide me to solve this problem.

    There is no specific driver. The EV2400 uses Microsoft's HID driver. Please try the EV2400 on another laptop to make sure that the EV2400 is working.

    If the EV2400 is working then the problem is with the USB port on the laptop where it doesn't work (as the EV2400 will work with Windows out of the box).
