VIN = 5.0 V, BOOT-PH = 3.3 V
If the Vin of the TPS54260MDGQTEP is interrupted at room temperature, it may not output.
It often does not output at low temperatures.

The explanation of boot is as follows: the output is forced to switch off until the capacitor is refreshed.
Does it occur when boot>ph?

Does this happen only at light loads? if yes most likely it is due BST-PH hitting UVLO. Could please share BST-SW, Vout waveforms for closer look?
