TPS748A: Low Drop-out regulators for burn in applications

Hi,

We are in need of low dropout regulators for burn in application board which has the ambient temperature of 80deg Celsius. 

Suggest the part for the below specifications with above mentioned ambient temperature with less junction to ambient temperature(RthetaJA) and less pin count.

1. 5V to 3.3V with load current of 3A

2. 5V to 1.2V with load current of 1.2A

3. 5V to 2.5V with load current of 1.2A
