BQ4050: BQ8050 PWM Output abnormal cause the discharge mos burned

Tool/software:

Customer use BQ8050, and found that its PWM output abnormal and caused the discharge mos burned during the aging test at around 43°C temperature.

and when the temperature lower aound 30°C, the PWM output can recover and output normal.

I attached the schematic in the FA request form, and the register parameter. Could you help check ? and I had summited FA at the same time.

Please use the customer return method to communicate with TI about a specific FA request. We do not use E2E for FA returns.

I don't need you deal with FA. I just hope you can help check the register config, and schematic, and check the reason. thanks
