TLVM23615: PGOOD Absolute Maximum Rating

Dear Team,

My customer is considering to use the TLVM23615, and is looking at the datasheet of it. And they have a question about PG (PGOOD) rating.
Can you please let me know the reason why the minimum spec of PG (PGOOD) at Absolute Maximum Ratings is "0" V, not "-0.3V" like others?

Hi,

It is always to recommend to follow the data sheet specifications, but still I will double check. Also, can you please let me know what the customer is connecting the PG pin, such that it can goes -ve.

Hi Patel-san,

The customer pulls up the PG pin to 3.3V or 5.0V.
They are concerned why the absolute maximum rating of the PG is 0V, not -0.3V. Is there any weakness in the PG pin?

Hi,

No, as such there is no weakness in the PG Pin. They need not worry about pulling up the PG pin with 3.3/5V.
