BQ40Z80: GPC report is always 0

This is a known outage. We will bring this back online as soon as possible.

Is there an expection when this is finished? I'm currently blocked with calibrating my packs. Or is there any way you can run the tool?

This will be fixed this week.

The problem with this data-set was caused but a time-value dropping to a very small value in one point, resulting in negative time estimate during discharge. Tool is now improved to automatically detect and remove such points, so try to re-submit to observe successful return.

However, even after successful run all the chem IDs have >3% DOD error, so new chem ID will need to be released to support this cell.

I did notice the 'New chem ID needs to be released for this cell. Please contact your TI representative to send the cell to Dallas for characterization'. Since I don't have TI representative yet, how do I get a new chemID?
