UCD9090A: Questions about UCD9090A

Customer is using configuration below:

Questions:

1. customer found UCD90160A will log multiple Ton_max fault while U21 UCD9090A only log one time.

Is there any configuration will lead to this difference.

CH1：3V3_BMC

CH2：之前提供的源程序中9090的GPO1

CH3：9090芯片的供电电源

CH4: not important 

Customer power down the board, why the Board_Pok GPO drop first and then recover?

3. Is the GPO output stage a  normal push-pull?

Customer found the GPO output can be 1.5V and they deny power backflow from other rails.
