Tool/software:
Hello,
In other topics at E2E, I've read that TPS2294x does not have reverse current blocking feature. In datasheet, section 9.1.3, it says the following:
If the voltage at the VOUT pin is larger than the VIN pin, large currents may flow and can cause permanent
damage to the device. TPS22941/2/3/4/5 is designed to control current flow only from VIN to VOUT.
So, is there reverse current blocking and if yes, what is the voltage threshold (how much have VOUT to be greater than VIN that device will turn off FET) and what value will the reverse current have?
Thanks and best regards
Christoph
