BQ40Z80: MOSFET Heating after 30A

Part Number: BQ40Z80
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CSD18540Q5B

Tool/software:

I am currently working designing a board using a BQ40z80.The load applied is of max 60A. I have used recommended MOSFET CSD18540Q5B, This supports 29A continuous drain according to datasheet. So I have added 3 in parallel with 10 Ohm resistor to each gate and 4.02k Ohm from the DSG pin of the IC.

With these in the board the MOSFET start to heat up at 35 - 40A drain it gores like 85 - 90 degree Celsius. So, with 3 MOSFET in parallel it should not heat for such load as I want it to handle 60A max continuous current. If needed can share the design file privately.

Is there something I need to change in the resistor/capacitor of the DSG/CHG MOSFET for it to support higher currents ?
