Hi,

When trying to simulate the TPS552882 with 6-36Vin and 13.2V out at 10A I receive the message "design cannot be created" It is unclear why as all the values input appear to fall with the allowed range.

Hi David,

TPS552882 has16V average current limit. With 13.2V/10A output, average inductor current will be higher than 132/6=22A. Recommend to LM5177 for this case.

thanks, the only suggestion is that the web tool should do input bounds checking and clearly respond as to why the design is failing, due to avg inductor current and limit the values that can be entered to the design limits
