    Hi Keith,

    There is not a version of the LM2005 with interlock or shoot-through protection. However, the UCC27710 is a driver with the same pinout and interlock. However, it does not have an internal bootstrap diode. 

    Another option is the UCC27282. The UCC27282 has multiple package and pinout options, as well as 5V UVLO.
