  • Hi

You can export the firmware file from a good unit and import back to the bad unit.

  • hi Yihe,

we already tried to run with few method, run with the tisfp file , batch command as below:

    "C:\Program Files (x86)\Texas Instruments\Fusion Digital Power Designer\bin\FusionConfigWriter" --system-file --infile "X:\2025\TH2025-0129_722-682-00\UCD_Firmware\PE288_PWA_694-264-00-Rev005_20240513.tifsp" --project-file-warnings-ok --reset-when-done always --reset-wait-time 500

everytime it was successfully program. but still still power output.

we also run with firmware file. same result.

    thanks

  • Hi

If the device is stuck at ROM mode, you can not program with tifsp.

you have to reprogram the firmware to bring the device out of ROM first

Do you have a firmware file?

    Regards

    Yihe

  • hi Yihe,

yes we did dump out the firmware from device before he go into ROM mode.

we program the firmware (hex) to the device, and cycle power.

once cycle power, it go into ROM mode again.

    Thanks,

    Janice
