Hi,

I am checking the 3V, 5A regulator part for space grade application. Can you suggest me that? If space grade is not available means, I need it with the operating temperature range of -55°C ~ 125°C. Please suggest me a part, It will be more helpful for us. Looking forward to you response.

What is the input voltage? I suppose you need a buck converter here.

Hi Feng,

I need two regulators with 3.3V and 0.8V as an input voltage with 5A in the temperature range of -55°C ~ 125°C.

Regulator-1 Requirements:
Input Voltage: 5V
Output Voltage: 3.3V
Output Current: 5A

Regulator-2 Requirements:
Input Voltage: 3.3V
Output Voltage: 0.8V
Output Current: 1A
