When running TPS65219_GUI, this message is displayed: "Could not launch TI Cloud Agent: Failed to start TICloudAgent: Specified native messaging host not found.. Please perform the actions listed below and try your operation again."

I don't use local accounts.

The account directory name is in Korean character like below.

C:\Users\박재호

Could this be the cause?

Thank you for reaching out on E2E.

First let me ask you, were you able to successfully download the TI Cloud Agent on your computer without any issues? I think you need to add the extension to the browser as well.

Can you please look into this trouble shooting guide.
