Hi, this is Gilhwan Cha.
I am trying to create a custom board using the BQ25190.
The pitch and pad size of the BQ25190 seems to be too small to route the internal signals of the package on the PCB. Also, drilling via drills is limited.
Here is a guide from the datasheet
The via size in the green rectangle looks like it's impossible for the PCB process.
If you have a more detailed guide, I would appreciate it.
