We are planning to use BQ41Z50 in our design.
- We want to use multiple Mosfets in parallel for the circuit breaker. We could not find the maximum gate capacitance that the chip can drive. So what is the maximum gate capacitance the chip can drive? Can it drive 4 Mosfets in parallel where each Mosfet input capacitance is 8.4nF? Is there any calculation method to calculate the required gate resistance?
- In the example diagram, common-drain configuration is used. Is it possible to use common-source configuration? Any example schematic fo it?
