Hi Andrew,

This is quite the same with a smaller inductor. There is a big difference compare to the 'normal' polarity (not inverting) that shows right currents.

I don't understand why. I have to tell you I have not this issue with another reference (but with another simulator).

I share the DSN of PSPICE.

I get an error when trying to simulate. It's possible that the device references internal ground in the PSPICE model. If it does this it's hard to get the PSPICE model to function. 

It may be easier for me to just review your Ibb schematic and give tips on how to improve it. For more information on how to implement an Ibb check out this appnote:

I don't understand why I can run this simulation without any problem while you can't and I don't know how to help you to make this simulation running.

Howerer, you can find the result attached to this reply.

Finaly the best option for me right now will be to move to the LT8607 for instance or to come back to a dcdc fly used in a previous design.

I will never implemant a design showing a strange behavour in simulation while i have some doubt on the starting current (main Inductor size optimization).

After some thought, you can first try to run the startup simulation (of lmr43610 attached in the zip file of the imported package from TI), modify the simulation schematic to perform the schematic inversion by swapping the nodes vout and gnd.
