TPS50601-SP: 3.3V, 5A and 0.8V, 5A Regulator Parts Required for space grade applications

The TPS50601A-SP should work for either rail and TPS4012-SEP should work for the 5V to 3.3V rail with the requirements you provided above.

The TPS4104-SEP is a quad-channel device that can also meet your rail requirement by paralleling channels.

The suggested part looks fine, but its size is bigger. Can you suggest me the parts with same requirement in smaller packages?

Our smallest space-grade buck is currently the TPS7H4010-SEP. It will be able to support the 5V to 3.3V rail.

For the 3.3V to 0.8V rail, I believe the TPS50601A-SP will be the smallest space-grade option.

If you wanted to regulate the 0.8V rail directly from the 5V rail however, that could allow the use of the TPS7H4012-SEP.

And the TPS7H4104-SEP could of course regulate both rails with a single device. TPS7H4104-SEP could also allow the 0.8V rail to be generated directly from the 5V rail.

We are looking for the 3.3V, 13A Regulator Part required for our project in space grade applications. So, I need to know the regulators that supports space grade applications and also to know the regulators that supports the temperature range of -55°C ~ 125°C. Kindly share the details with the following specifications.
