Hi,

I am looking for a 100V bus half bridge gate driver with dual inputs and LS input should be inverted. I mean LS out should be high when its input is low, while HS output should be high for high input. Please do not suggest to add a not gate or transitor based inverter at the front end. I want the solution in the gate driver itself.  peak current rating of the gate driver should be more than 2A.

    Hello,
    We have a part with dual inputs and an inverting LI, LM2103, but it does not have 2A drive current; it has 0.5A/0.8A. However, we do have a driver that has 1.8A drive current, LM5105, and a single PWM input and adjustable deadtime.
    What application are you planning to use the gate driver for? What do you intend to use the inverting LI for? We may be able to find a better alternative.
