LM7310: Range of Iq(on)

Part Number: LM7310

Hi team,

Customer measured LM73100RPWR Iq and it's about 200uA. (N=3)

It is much lower than the datasheet (E.C. table and Figure 6-4)

Is it considerable range as Iq?

This is measured at Vin = 3.6V and no load. What other factor causes Iq?

Hi Hayashi-san,

Can you tell me pin voltage of EN, OVLO, VOUT pins when they did this measurement. I am adding full table from datasheet for reference. If you see, the exact Iq which they measured depend on these other pin voltages.

Hi Arush,

EN/UVLO pin = IN * 470k/(200k+470k), so 2.52V.

OVLO is 100kohm shorted to the GND (unused)

VOUT is 1uF caps, same voltage as input.
