TPS4812-Q1: Ask a device with ASIL-C requirement

We do have a device in the roadmap that would work as a safety element out of context for an ASIL-B system. In general designs, a system level ASIL-C requirement can be decomposed to an ASIL-B(C) and QM requirement like:
