Apologies for delay in reply.

LV14240 Pspice model is not available. However, customer may want to use lmr14020 Pspice model. Except IQ, these two devices are quite similar in terms of functionality and specification.

Hello Onkar,

You mentioned there's Iq difference between LV14240 and LMR14020 PSpice models.
Does it have any impact on loop compensation and transient response?
