We want used TPS2413 on ~3000W system (12V).

I'm not sure TPS2413 can use with below NMOS RS7E200BG.

Is it also for 3kW, right?

I just curious this high current design only use 1 MOSFET is fine? or need more MOSFET in parallel. Thanks!

Hi Jeff,

Multiple FETs may be needed depending on the thermal management.

For 12V, 3kW system, the load is 250A and can be planned accordingly.

From controller point of view, there isnt a limitation.

You mean TPS2413 also can work in Multiple FETs design, right?

since the the Gate source current is 290uA, if work in Multiple FETs, is it impact MOSFET turn time and cause turn on/off time too long?

Hi Jeff,

Yes, TPS2413 can also drive them. Yes turn-on time will be high due to limited gate drive.
