My customer start a new project with high quantities around 100000 power supplies (40,000000$)
This customer need power supply with DC input 200 to 350Vdc
and output of 50V 500W .
The load is step load of 20A max. up to 40% duty cycle (maximum step load duration) at variable frequency from 20Hz to 20kHZ
The request is that the current in the input will remain constant, 3% max. ripple.

The solution is using 2 stage first boost and second half bridge while the boost will
charge capacitor at variable current according the average output current .
We use 680uF/500V capacitor and we charge the cup. up to 380Vdc.
We need that the boost controller will receive feedback from the output that will be part of the loop.
Can you recommend a controller or any idea for boost that can provide average current or any other solution.
The output current change from one frequency to another within 100uSec and the load duration can be change from 1% to 40%max.
